# Terms of Service — goyostudio Korean Real Estate Transactions API

## 1. Service

This API provides programmatic (machine-to-machine) access to Korean
real-estate transaction records derived from open data published by the
Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, 국토교통부) via
data.go.kr. It is operated by goyostudio and is **not affiliated with,
operated by, or endorsed by MOLIT or any government body**.

## 2. Data source and attribution

Source records: 국토교통부 실거래가 공개시스템, obtained through the official
data.go.kr OpenAPI. Every response carries a `source` attribution field.

## 3. No warranty (AS-IS)

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. In particular:

- Official transaction reports may be **corrected or cancelled** after initial
  publication; figures for recent months change as reports arrive.
- Coverage may be incomplete; responses disclose gaps via `missing_months`.
- Natural-language resolution is best-effort; inferences are disclosed via
  `resolved_note` and ambiguity is returned as `candidates`, but
  misinterpretation remains possible.

## 4. Not professional advice

Data returned by this API is not investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice.
Verify against official sources (rt.molit.go.kr) before making decisions.

## 5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goyostudio is not liable for any
damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or
its data. Total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the
service in the month preceding the claim (zero while the service is free).

## 6. Acceptable use

- Respect published rate limits; do not attempt to evade them.
- Do not misrepresent the data as an official government service.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

## 7. Pricing

Currently **free** within edge rate limits. Per-request micro-pricing via the
x402 protocol (HTTP 402 Payment Required; USDC on Base) may be introduced.
Pricing status is published in the OpenAPI document (`/openapi.json`,
`x-pricing`) — continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

## 8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always at
this URL with its effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

## 9. Governing law

Laws of the Republic of Korea; exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central
District Court.
